📦 What is your MOQ?
Our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is 1 × 20FT container, which typically holds approximately 10,000–15,000 kg of wiping rags depending on product type and packaging.
⏱️ What is the lead time?
Our standard lead time is 30–40 working days after order confirmation and receipt of advance payment. Rush orders may be possible for existing buyers.
💳 What payment terms do you accept?
We accept: 30% TT advance, 70% before shipment — or Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight for established buyers.

We ship via sea freight (FCL) from Chittagong Port (CTG), Bangladesh. FOB Chittagong, CFR, and CIF options available.

Light cotton rags: 150–200 GSM | Standard: 200–280 GSM | Terry towels: 400–600 GSM | Denim rags: 350–500 GSM.

Yes, 100%. All raw materials are post-consumer recycled textiles, diverting thousands of tons from landfills annually.

Yes. All products: Sorting → Cutting → Inspection → Packaging → Final QC. Pre-shipment photos sent to buyer.
